Un Jardin à Moncontour is a guesthouse
and a garden opposite Moncontour in Brittany, in lands and not much far from the sea. Your hosts, Christine and Daniel, are
fascinated by art, by garden, and lovers of Japan. The hostess is a landscape designer, painter and graphic designer. Moncontour is a 'Petite Cité de Caractère' in
Brittany and classified among the 'Plus Beaux Villages de France'.
The house, designed by an architect in a contemporary style, is particulary quiet. It is widely opened to the garden on one side and to the medieval
city on the other side.
During the day, you can relax in lounges with pieces of art, a fireplace, books and games to choose from. You will enjoy the tranquility of several terraces
and gardens (mineral, landscaped and kitchen garden) and a ping-pong table. The footpath hike (GRP) runs at the end of the
garden.
There is internet access and a private parking lot available.
For breakfast (without gluten on request): bread
and jams both organic and home-made, single-origin teas and coffees, citrus juice pressed and local products. All served from 8h30 to 10h, also in the garden
when the weather allows it.
